The sexual exploitation of children and adolescents is a serious violation of fundamental human rights and undermines the dignity and development of victims.
It consists of using minors in activities of a sexual nature in exchange for financial, material, or any other form of benefit. It is a criminal act severely punished by Peruvian law.
Preventive action and institutional alignment
Our agency categorically rejects any action that facilitates, promotes, or tolerates ESNNA in tours, accommodations, transport, communications, or any point of the tourism value chain.
Aligned with MINCETUR guidelines, we promote awareness among travelers, staff, providers, and the local community, applying operational protocols aimed at preventing and eradicating these practices.
Shared responsibility and reporting channels
Protecting vulnerable populations requires active participation from society. We urge clients and strategic partners to remain vigilant and uncompromising.
Any suspicion or evidence involving minors should be reported immediately to the proper authorities: Line 100 of the Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations, Line 0800-2-3232 of the Ministry of the Interior, Peruvian National Police stations, or Public Prosecutor offices.
Our agency maintains a zero-tolerance policy against ESNNA and promotes safe, legal, and responsible tourism operations.
